Run by the same team behind MCLUB, East Castle Spa has built more than 20 meticulously dressed scenario rooms, from a prison interrogation cell, classroom, hospital and ambulance to an airplane cabin, office, boxing ring and golf course. Each comes with full set design, props and costumes, so stepping inside feels less like a massage and more like walking onto a film set you get to direct.
More than 60 therapists from eight countries circulate freely across the floor, so there's no fixed show schedule and no pressure — soak in the bathing pool, enjoy a complimentary meal, and pick whoever catches your eye whenever the moment feels right. Settle into the room and scene of your choosing for a fully in-character, narrative-driven session, then stay the night on the lobby reclining chairs. Arrive & Check In
Arrive at East Castle Spa, the original pioneer of themed rooms in Macau, famous for its narrative-driven roleplay services. Register at the front desk and collect your wristband. There is a MOP 1,738 entry fee (waived once you select a therapist).
Bathe & Relax
Enjoy the bathing facilities and sauna to unwind. A unique feature of East Castle is that therapists mingle throughout the venue, so you can observe and browse while soaking.
Free Dining
Complimentary dining available — enjoy a meal in the dining area while keeping an eye on the therapists moving around the venue.
Browse & Pick
East Castle uses a 'free browse' model — there's no fixed show schedule. Over 60 therapists are spread across different areas of the venue, and you can approach or select anyone you like at any time by telling the manager. This format makes the selection process feel natural and pressure-free.
Themed Rooms
East Castle's biggest draw — over 20 meticulously designed themed rooms including a prison interrogation room, classroom, office, airplane cabin, hospital, ambulance (signature room), boxing ring, and golf course. Each room has full set design, props, and costumes, with therapists professionally trained in roleplay.
60-Minute Session
A fully immersive, narrative-driven interactive session where you can customize the entire script — choose the scene, specify costumes, design dialogue and interactions. Therapists stay in character throughout for an intensely engaging experience. A 15% service fee applies.
Rest & Stay Overnight
Lobby reclining chairs are available for overnight rest. East Castle's core experience centers on the themed rooms rather than rest facilities — if overnight comfort is your priority, Majesty Spa is a better choice.
